Enjoy Your Life! Build Your Business! Have Your Way!

I know I have read many times that having a blog is an important aspect of your business.  My questiong is, I have not launched my business yet.  I plan on launching my products and website by April of next year.  That's just an estimate.  Should I start a blogging now about steps that I am taking to launch?  Information on my products and things of that nature?

Thanks in advance

Andrea,

Blogging before launch is a good idea. Just be careful that it does not distract you from all the other things you need to do to launch successfully. Here are some ideas.

1. Blogging takes a lot of discipline, so doing it before launch is good training ground. Schedule different types of posts throughout the month and get used to having a system.

2. Blogging before launch means that, when you launch your business, you'll have people to launch it to, and not just announcing to a black hole.

3. Try to connect a Facebook page for your business and a newsletter to the launch. This is a good idea because a blog all by itself is not going to be effective over the long haul.

Here are some ideas to help you systematize your blogging schedule.

Hope this helps.
