Great article and clearly shows that a process for approval when ambiguous, will create undue hardship to the formulator. I feel for them, but they did the right thing by removal of their application. Only wish more would wake up as CFSC signers and withdraw support since they will eventually be harmed by the mandates this entity is seeking.
